Our North Vancouver Vape Street location is in Lower Lonsdale on E 3rd street, located between Lonsdale Ave and Chesterfield Ave. We are only a 10-minute walk away from the Lonsdale Quay and only a 10-minute driver from Lions Gate Bridge or a 5-minute drive to the Trans Canada Hwy #1.
Our vape store caters to all experience levels, including novice, competent and expert vapers. Rip off!!! Went looking for a pipe to use for the day in north van , was sold the cheapest piece they had that wasn’t… silicone. 15$ plus taxes for a horrible plastic and metal pipe sealed with glue, another 1$ for screens. Was treated like tourists in our own city. For that price you can buy 3 or 4 glass pipes with screens included. Guy at counter acting like it was a good deal. Must be hurting for cash or just like to cheat locals looking for convenience.read more

Bought a bowl and even before getting home I pulled it out my pocket and it was cracked and broken. I tried to go back… to see if they could help with anything and I couldn’t even be offered a discount.. I reached 300 and as they claim I would get $15 off , the next time I go in there they tell me I only have 210 points… because of the system switch over that’s why I lost 90 points, extremely disappointing, never shop here again, Vaporline up the street are much better and willing to own up to their words.read more

Extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for 3+ years and have spent thousands of dollars… over the course of that. Today, I bought a pack of Calliburn G pods and both of the pods were already burnt, even after priming. When I called to complain, I was told that pods are ‘final sale’ and nothing could be done about it. So, the most popular vape store in North Van who clearly makes a decent profit can’t comp their customer $20? Not to mention a customer that has been giving them consistent business for 3 years? I’m an unemployed full-time student and I’m pretty irritated that I’m out 20 bucks. Clearly that’s preferable to a large company losing $20 of profit to maintain a customer. On top of that, they did not ask for my name to file a report nor did they offer 10% off or anything of the sort. Horrible customer service! What happened to the customer is always right? I will be shopping up the street at Vapour Line from now on unless this issue is resolved.read more

Always stop here for my vape pods. Tom is the OG employee who is always knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve seen the guy… have to work solo due to understaffing and he just rocked it. Always cheery and friendly.The rest of the team is great but often don’t work there for very long. Products are great, rarely have an issue and if I do staff are quick to try to help.They also have awesome snacks which is dangerous. 😂♥️read more

I purchased a vape one week ago and most recently the unit was continuously working (hissing noise), with the green… light on, after I initially inhaled & placed it on my counter top. This has happened numerous time where the vape continues to draw power even when not in use & making hissing noise (your sales person saw it happen) I went into the store within the two-week grace period and showed the problem to your staff. After noticing the problem staff told that the inferior pod that comes in the package was leaking and possibly got in the mechanism. I believe a leaky pod would be a manufacturer’s defect if they gave me a leaky pod I put it in my machine and my machine got damaged I would assume that that is the fault of the manufacturer. The customer service said they would not do anything for me, told me I had to put it in rice to dry it out & try it again if that doesn’t work you got to try to clean it as best you can if that doesn’t work you got to do this… I’m under the assumption that it should have been replaced as soon as I said there was a problem.Now I’m being told that there’s nothing they could do for me… the mechanism is still broken & does not work properly and I’m getting juice in my mouth after changing the pod numerous times. The customer service (warranty) was disappointing. I would not recommend this store to anyoneread more

Jasmine and the other girl were 10/10 amazing I came into the store with a badly injured knee covered in blood I didn’t… have anything to bandage it with and despite being a vape store jasmin gave me first aid and fixed my knee up which was amazing, they also had some sweet deals on vapes which we got some of, I’d for sure recommend going here especially if you’re on the north shore, they know what they are talking about and give great service. I had a super bad experience with them! Bought vape hardware + e juice from them and it’s leaking in my mouth like a… straw!I visited the shop again and they were like couldn’t change the device because it was a final sale!! and the staff there suggests me to buy grade A pods for my device. So I bought the grade A pods and again it’s leaking after 10 puffs.I paid about $70 and their customer service is like a nightmare! NEVER TRUST THEM!read more

I have been coming to this location for about a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience. But, a week ago I was in… there and there was an older gentleman waiting in line and I was chatting with him he was mentioning to me that he has Crohn’s disease. And that he just hasn’t been feeling the greatest because of that and his medication. Then he went to the till to speak to one of the employees and the one woman working was extremely rude to him telling him to step back from the counter because he was having a hard time voicing what he was needing and made him leave the store to get a mask. While he was out of the store I was still waiting in line and she was talking about this gentleman with clients and being extremely rude. When he came back she wasn’t being very helpful and just being very snarky to this older fellow treating him extremely poorly. If the staff at this location doesn’t feel safe with clients coming in without a mask then they need to wear masks themselves. Masks are NOT mandatory as of right now. It was extremely unprofessional and straight up rude what she did to this client. Very immature. After seeing this rude behaviour I will not be coming back to this location. I have a business of my own and I will never single someone out in front of the public and make them feel bad as this woman did to that client. She needs to learn that because what she did was wrong and if she feels so uncomfortable then she needs to wear a mask. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.read more

I don’t vape very often and I have really bad anxiety – any time I’ve been in store, I see if Jasmine is free.She’s… an absolute sweetheart and is super understanding. I had a really hard time trying to narrow down my first juices, and had received reccomendations by her for a few pod styles I could look into in the future if I wanted to expand my collection. I recently tried to ask her some questions about the first mod I picked up (her suggestion as well), and how “modding” works; she was kind enough to prep with loads of informative advice about my piece, like how to clean it and what coils might work best for my wattage preference.I can’t reccomended this location more, especially with a staff members like Jasmine that go above and beyond to make those of us who are very new to the vape scene feel more comfortable.read more

I have spent thousands of dollars at this location since it’s opening in North Vancouver. Recently, a staff member… recommended a particular vape to me. I took his advice and purchased the item as well as the accessoriesneeded, totalling over $150. Within 5 days of purchasing the vape, the drip tip fell off and would no longer stay on. I went back to the store and was told by the same employee who sold me the vape in the first place, that it was a known issue of that particular vape but if I wanted a new drip tip I would have to purchase it (they didn’t have the size I needed in stock). Another employee in the store mentioned contacting the manufacturer of the vape so I did (basically I was told it’s not worth it for them to send me a new one from China). Since then the old faulty drip tip has fallen off and is now lost, rendering the vape useless.My issues with the store are why would your employee give me a recommendation for a vape that he knew had issue? And then when I came back to discuss it within a week of purchasing the product, he tells I am SOL? Why have I received no response whatsoever from my email to the store?There has been zero effort to act in good faith so I can no longer recommend or purchase products from this store.Very disappointed.read more

Good selection and prices, I usually have a pretty positive experience here and the staff are friendly, but Tom is… someone I try to avoid. There is something creepy about him and each time he leaves myself and my friends feeling pretty uncomfortable. Not only that, but he consistently sells me the wrong pod for my device which means I have to come back to return it and potentially have an unpleasant experience with him again.
